Set in the lush Shivalik valley, Moksha Himalaya Spa Resort, part of the Centara Boutique Collection, is the latest addition to local spa culture. Taking the cable car from Timber Trail Resort in Parwanoo, you travel up to the new spa resort, spread over 20,000 square metres, located 35 minutes from Chandigarh.
International Airport, Moksha offers luxury accommodation and a vast selection spa and well-being packages, each catered to the client’s needs.
The spa offers a choice of two one-hour treatments per day or a 90-minute-treatment option per day, and also includes yoga and meditation classes and fitness sessions.

ACCOMMODATION
The Spa resort comprises of a collection of 15 Thai-designed buildings with a total of 62 rooms. Moksha suites are furnished in natural wood and stone finishes. Each spacious suite has stunning valley views, king size beds, a private terrace, a separate lounge area, two LCD televisions and a large attached bathroom.
Standing on your terrace balcony you can enjoy a lovely view of the sprawling hills watching the clouds roll in across the valley. Sip on a cup of coffee on the terrace in pin-drop silence and look at the changing colours of the endless mountain ranges, until they fade off into oblivion.

Enjoy all day dining at the Moksha Terrace Restaurant. The restaurant offers Ayurvedic dishes and specialty dishes like Japanese, Labanese, and Italian, prepared on live cooking stations.

Couples are choosing to hold their marriage functions in the mountains, Recently, a couple from Chandigarh booked out the whole resort and held all their functions there, with a guest list of 300. Each function had different décor and was organized on a different part of the property, Couples can also opt for pre-wedding packages before the big day to detox and shape up.

Eco-friendly, the spa believes in natural healing from the inside out. They grow their own herbs and vegetables and use natural ingredients in their spa therapies like ginger, turmeric, neem leaf, kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass, tulsi, galangal, ashwaganda, and brahmi.

There are 12 multi-function therapy and treatment rooms with a team of Thai therapists. Highlights include the couple deluxe suites with a sunken bath-tub, Ayurvedic, aromatherapy and therapeutic rooms, outdoor relaxation lounges, a Turkish hammam with separate female and male bath rituals, herbal steam bath, rain shower, infrared sauna, six yoga and meditation pavilions, and a gymnasium and fitness centre.

NIRAN NIRVANA
Meaning a heaven for two, the couple begins their spa journey with herbal steam therapy in a private suite. Men receive a traditional spiced scrub followed by a ‘Chakra Balancing Rain Shower’. Ladies are treated with a hot thermal body contour wrap for body toning and cellulite reduction, paired with an Ayurvedic head massage to maintain healthy and lustrous hair.
Following the body care, the couple is treated with a therapeutic massage – a deep tissue massage for him and an aromatherapy massage with organic blended oils for her.
After, lie back and sip on a herbal tea while you enjoy a foot massage and gaze at the panoramic view of the Himalayas. Duration : 3.5 hours.

An old Turkish tradition, the hammam bath rituals help to stimulate the immune system. It aids respiratory problems in the winter, while refining the skin texture with a cooling effect during summer.
